elm327 can not working, what resistor should i remove?

i have this interface and i've changed those capacitors with 2 560pF but still won't work.
anyone can tell me what is the resistor between CAN L and CAN H that i need to remove from the pcb??

Hello

Why did you solder these capacitors?
And at what point?

In my opinion, your board is a resolder unnecessary
It is with this strain ELM interface, mostly by setting error

can isn't working. maybe there is an unecessary resistor between can L and can H but i don't know what it is

These capacitors are not installed properly!

Here is the layout of ELM Electronics' should be displayed where these capacitors and resistors.

The resistance needs to be removed. MCP2551 is in front of the chip (6 +7)
