Good morning everyone.
I have an Alfa Giulietta 2.0 with original Xenon Headlights pack.
I noticed that the beam lights are facing too downwards.
For this reason I tried to calibrate the Xenon unit from MES, but it returns me an error, even though I placed the Giulietta in the required conditions (flat surface, no one in the car, low beams turned on).
In the following image I reported a screenshot showing the values read from MES.
I have the doubt that the pitch is not correct, but I am not sure about that, what is considered a correct value when the car is on flat ground?
Do you know what component could cause wrong measurements of this value?
Thanks for your attention

check sensors physically if they are OK. voltages don't look correct.

Re: Alfa Giulietta cannot calibrate Xenon Headlights
Hi, many months have passed, but still I did not managed to calibrate the sensors.
I bought a new front side sensor online, waited for it and installed it, but now from MES I read a voltage value of about 5 volts for the front sensor.
I am not sure if it is an hardware or a software fault...
Do someone has the right impedance values for the sensors? So that I can compare with the ones that I can measure from mines.
Hope that this is not off-topic, but I really did not managed to find this information and in general infos related to this procedure.

voltages for rear/front should be similar.Ruggero1912 wrote: ↑26 Jan 2025, 21:52 Hi, many months have passed, but still I did not managed to calibrate the sensors.

5V looks like either dead sensor or not plugged properly. in your first post front sensor voltage of ~0.5V is way to low - either bad sensor or adjusting arms are bent/broken.

Thank you very much for your reply.
However I was wondering if someone knows the pin out of the headlight pitch sensor and the expected impedance values on the pins, so that I can verify the ones from my unit.
However I did not manage to find any schema online, do someone knows where I could find it?
Thanks again
