PORT COM with ELM327

Hello !

I'm a new user of Multiecuscan and I'm French.
I have a FIAT 500 1.3 (gasoil) and I've a problem.

I connect my PC with ELM327 USB at the car with yellow connector.

But when I click "Connect", the PC says the PORT COM is not accessible, or not open ...

Do you know what is the problem ? I don't know if my driver is good, where I can download the good driver ? (Windows10)

Hi !

I see this viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1493&start=10#p3808, and I have the same :'(

I have to open it and make changes? is it easier to buy another that works without "hacking"?

Hello !

I change the driver and I have this screen : all is OK.

But when i connect the car at the ELM327, my pc have blue screen with "Kernel Secutity Check Failure"

Hello !

It's good ! I found the good driver, and now, I can connect my car with elm327.

But when I want to connect "Services", MES want I connect the yellow adaptator. When I connect it, MES say he can't connect the car.

Can I open the adatator for check the connections ? How "open" it ?
