On the first side on this Thread is your ELM
and i think the v1.2 Chip cant read the Protokoll ISO 15765

v1.3 an later can this Protokoll read

Why are you still using the very old version Fiatecuscan 3.6?

try some Multiecuscan 1.3!

And with the free version you can only ECU and CAN make a connection info.
The only other controls with data base


Your interface test surprises me greatly?
because the normal manner on the interface described herein with the resistance problem pass this test without errors.

Unfortunately I can not at the moment be only the tip
try it again with MES 1.3

and once detected, the ELM is not your v1.5.
But a v1.2

And as I have already written the v1.2 does not work well with Multiecuscan!
Therefore, your incomplete test display

Buy yourself another ELM and then your connection will work.
