Post by Swiko »

Hi,

All together with version 3.3 simulation mode stopped working.
Try to fix it, please :).

Well, anytime when I press CTRL+F10 it's trying to connect in regular mode. So I'm getting message: Connection Failed! You need ELM327/OBDKey to connect this module... I'll try to connect it to my car tomorrow as it's windy and raining all day today.

P.S. I tried unregistered version on my desktop and everything works fine.

P.S.2. My CTRL and F10 buttons are workin' fine as well .

UPDATE:

All functions which needs an adaptor are working fine in simulation mode. Everything what's using regular ELM/OBDkey interface is trying to connect in normal mode instead of simulation. I've checked this with a couple of cars - all with the same result.

Ok, one quick note about the simulation mode:
When you try to connect to a module that needs ELM 327 and you don't have ELM 327 interface in Settings then you will get "Connection Failed! You need ELM327/OBDKey to connect this module... " message. Configuration of correct interface is required even in simulation mode (although it is actually not used).

I have missed that, as settings disappeared when I've updated to latest version.
Now is working perfectly.
Sorry for bothering you :D.

Thank you!
