The PROXI function in 147 fails to configure the instrument cluster node.
This, however, is not a problem in your case as your instrument cluster does not need to be configured.

Please note that the automatic windows function will not work when anti-trap sensors don't work (or when you don't have anti-trap sensors at all).

Code: Select all

after exchange dashboard VDO no communication to this instruments by CAN.
- this is problem because VDO realise this

Code: Select all

VDO ( MannesMan instrumental panel ) VDO Extra:

- inspection service value
- next service reset
- Light setting corr.
- odometr km entry
- dashboard replacement

Hi bubu321

I have almost the same problems as you regarding anti-trap sensors.
I turned on the function and tested a little bit…
Windows were working but only sometimes.
Sometimes they stuck in the middle, sometimes they would work just fine and for a while... And then they stoped... :D
I guess that I do not have those sensors installed.
I got the same errors like you…

So I turned off the function and delete the errors and everything is back to normal! ;)

- where is connector for this sensors.
- i will try connect 300 om, but don't know where is connectors.
p.s.
- must be between 1k2 - 1k9 and working.

Congratulations! Nice work.

Could you tell me what you did to emulate the anti-trap sensor and where I would find the socket? Currently both of my sensor voltages report 5v so I'm guess this isn't reporting correctly?

Thanks for your help!

NO! :( The PROXI is not working in all "Nodes".
As you already know that PROXI functions always fails at the "Dash Node" (dashboard).
So I just click execute the PROXI function and that is it!

I have no idea where are these sensors and connectors are. Maybe they should be in doors!?!
As soon as I get some time I will remove door panels and will try to find it...
