Connecting fes 2.6 elm 327 v1.4 with bravo mjet 07

I would like to know if is necessary to do the pins soldering to connect elm327 1.4 with abs, steering and body computer on my bravo 1.9 mjet 07, or i don't need to to that modification.

Simple generic answer is that there are NO modifications for ANY CAN Based systems. Modifications are only required for those devices that use KKL/similar protocols.

Go to the "List of Support Cars" on the website and see if all your modules are CAN based. If not then mods will be required.

Thanks for the infos. My car is can based, but if i go to the supported car list, there is a pin modification to connect to the steering wheel for example! I'm really confused... please help me again!!

Hi!
Yes, Bravo is a can based and for body & airbags you don't need modification.
But for ABS, power stering you must modify elm327 to work properly.
Tested on Bravo '08 1,6 MJet

Thanks pciu, but which kind of pin mod for steering? Pin 9 with pin 1? I tried also to set the belt buzzer off but i receive an error message: failed to execute, (connecting like fiat stilo 1.9 jtd), why?
