Error on remote programming

Hello!
When I start to add the remote control procedure in MES in my Musa I have to type in the electronic code as first step.
When I do this the MESsays error.
I tried several times always error.
I asked a dealer to print out my electronic code to check if the code card I got with my car is correct, it is

What do you need so you can help me?

Interestingly I see a success for the code in the log but the MES knterface had an error and the procedure was stopped.
Any ideas?

maybe BCM was replaced some time ago hence PIN from card isn't right.

try entering any wrong PIN and see what happens.
PIN can be read with specialized tools through OBD or with programmer from body ECU. usually those who make keys also have equipment.

Today I tried again.
I used the indicator procedure to verify the code, it works there. When I enter the code I have succes and can activate or deactivate the indicators command.
On the remote programming:
When I enter a wrong code I get the proper error message.
When I enter the correct code I get: unexpected error
The log says security code success...
Any ideas?
