Proxy alignment procedure

Goodmorning everyone,

I open this topic to ask for support as already on two vehicles I found it impossible to perform the proxi alignment procedure. Has this happened to other people before? I attach screen with error. The message is: EMPTY PROXI FILE IN BODY COMPUTER (BCM)

empty proxi is caused usually either by bad connection on car/adapter or configuration problems.

I tryed varius car and I have the same problem. Can you recommend me a method to solve the problem? I specify that the cars are both from the year 2021. I have used different swgw adapters but the problem remains. Could it be an OBD interface or software issue? do you have any advice to solve the problem? Precise that I have this problem only with recent cars and equipped with sgw

I've heared that not all SGW bypass devices cater for all the possible CAN-Hi, CAN-Lo and other signal lines.

Hopefully soemone here who has doen Proxi on an SGW equipped car can explain more and what bypass decvice they are using.

double check adapter settings and speeds under device manager and MES.
