After changing my 7” uconnect radio to a new 7” uconnect with tomtom live and DAB the uconnect does not work, the bluetooth to the phone and media is working. Does anyone have an idea on have to solve This?

Uconnect is paired not with the cars VIN number but with the radios serial number. To get uconnect live working again you need to contact uconnect support.

Did ecodrive start working for you? I have so many problems with getting ecodrive and carplay to work...

Hoping for some advice, we have. 2017 500 with the 5in DAB uconnect head unit. I brought a 2019 7in uconnect with DAB and Nav and was wondering if I needed a radio code (seller didn't mentioning needing one) and also once I fit this head unit will I need anything else.... I don't plan on using sat nav or connect live as I was to use the apple carplay feature.
