Wiso you choose a resistor on the board?
Without a description what problem you have can help you hardly anyone here

- Is the ELM compatible with MES?

As you already write in your post you need a CAN bus switchover

So you can 1 + 9 Around the CAN bus, the pins

A direct connection I would not be prepared.

But when I try to connect it to multiecuscan, it said this (Fiat Bravo 1.9 16V):

Please connect the interface to a car!

WARNING: This interface is not compatible with ELM 327 1.3! Will not connect to any CAN module.

And it can't, I try everything. In attach there is photo of ELM (i had some problem with picture upload so I'm sendig it like this, maybe forum moderator can help me):

1. Yes it is bluetooth version and MES is free version
2. Yes, this warning is displayed in MES test interface. When I press test in MES settings, I get this note.

So, what should I do?

I have heard of another user that the free version of MES no Bluetooth connection can be established.
This is only possible with the registered version?!?!


But if your interface does not pass the test
it does not work with MES
and you have to buy another interface.



Also I can here not set more pictures !!
And also get no info why ??

Hi all, first of all congratulations to this community, there's a lot of very useful information.

I'm writing here because I bought an ELM 327 adaptor and I can't connect to a Fiat Marea JTD 105 '01 ECU. The test on MES are correct and the interface returns every command with OK but it can't connect to ECU.

Looking the first post I see that my interface have another PCB design and I don't know where to start to solve the problem. If someone can help me, see pictures attached below.
