hello, i received a multiecuscan miultiplexed, last week and i can't connect my car to it, Alfa Romeo 147 16V Q2, i install all software, even when i search connexions type it find it and says it's compatible, only when i try to connect to the ecu car it won't it says connection not find check cable. what i'm i doing wrong? when i test it, it shows:

This interface is compatible with ELM 327 1.4! Should connect properly with all CAN modules.
but when i try to connect the ecu it won't do it!

Have someone has the same problem connecting cantiecar? I 've found the problem, i have to push the cantiecar really hard, but the most of the times it won't connect. It's not normal that i should push it really hard to connect.

I also have CTC interface and the same problem with "pushing" the interface in car.
After few cars I decided to use OBD2 extension cable and it is working without problems.
I just have more cables and that is all....
