Pin 4 and 5 are always connected (mass) [ see the picture: VAG connector only had pin 4 connected ]
Pin 15 is no longer needed since the system is outdated. [ I don't know, only linked these like my ELM ]
the pin 15 is no longer occupied in the vehicles [ I really don't know if the solution was pins 4-5 or 7-15 or both, only that was run after the program found both interfaces ]

But why is your Latency Time have improved ????? [ It was change by himself, after set both interfaces ]
