ELM 327 bluetooth won't connect

Hi all, I have an ELM327 bluetooth and I can't connect to the car. How can I check if the problem is the interface or pc settings? I connect bluetooth and serial port service with COM port 13, when i click on test in Multiecuscan (DEMO) settings it says the interface is compatible with CAN protocols. The problem is when I click on "Connect" it don't start any connection!

Excuse me but with bluetooth ELM327 I have COM port only in device manager on windows so were I install drivers? I erase bluesoleil and paired with windows bluetooth application and now I have timeout message when try to connect. Seller says that without license the interface can't work well but I seems strange because unavailable modules are highlighted in red.
