I have a 2001 Punto (MK2 - SX)

I got my ELM327 cable from this ebay link:

It's a chinese one.
I'm using the free version of Multiecuscan, I can connect to the Engine ECU but not the Delphi Steering Wheel.
I only want the diagnose the steering wheel.

Do I need to fix my ELM cable like in the pictures? or the Steering Wheel section should work without any changes?

This interface we had already several times here
Remove the red marked Resistor and you would have to also be able to read your steering control.

Hello i've just registered at this forum because im interested into buying a cheap chinese ELM 327 interface (bluetooth prefered) for my Lancia delta iii (2009).

I've read several pages, and all i see is ppl asking for help, some solutions given... how about recommending some proven-to-work ELM327 interfaces? or simple-to-work ones? i've been browsing on ebay and have found these

In the two ELM 327 interface must still open and a resistor be removed.
