error when trying to program a remote key to body computer

Hi,
When I try to reprogram my remote key to my 2006 panda body computer I get an error message - "FAILED TO EXECUTE - Undefined error" just after I enter the code from the card.

Also I saw in the parameters list that the unlock button was "Pressed" all the time, even when I removed the remote battery and restarted the pc.
but it changed to "Released" when I disconnected the car battery and reconnected it after 30 minutes. but still can't program the remote key, same error as before.

When I try another function that require the code card it is working ok.

Is it a bug or i'm doing something wrong?

Some models of Fiat Panda and Lancia Ypsilon have only possibility to store remote control during key storage.
So while saving all keys in body ecu remote control will be memorised automatically.
So I guess that is the problem with MES...

What is "key storage"?
can you explain more? I only have one remote which my panda "forgot" somehow and I want to reprogram it.

Key storage means that you need to program keys in the car.
For example you have 1 key and you bought new one and you need to store keys/ memorise all keys so yoiu can use them all.

MES can not do key storage. It can only do on some models remote control programming.
For key storage is possible with other software like alfaobd and others.

AlfaOBD is also giving me error.. what other software can do this?

I have been trying to fix my remote central locking issue for more than a year. This happened before and it cost me £90 for the key and to get it reprogrammed. I thought because my car forgets its key occasionally it will be best if I could fix it myself. I think it is time to give up the chase and take it to an autotech.

Maybe you have problems because it is a BT interface...
I prefer always cable interface when I am coding keys, injectors, remote..
