Alfa 147 GTA, unable to connect to dash.

Post by AndyGTA »

Hi all.

I was trying to do a proxy alignment on my 147 GTA 03, but it will not connect to dashboard node. When I try to connect directly to the dash nodes i get error "elm327 - ecu com fail."

Any Ideas? everything is working as it should on the dash and car. And yes I do have full version of multiecuscan 1.8.

Thanks!

Here is the log for proxy alignment:

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem, and I'm not even able to connect to the dashboard (VDO).

Any news?

I'm using a straight ELM327 cable, and everything else is working fine.

Back to the problem, I'm not able to connect to dashboard and subsequently to carry out a proxy alignment.

Cable used is an Elm327 v1.4

All Ecu's are read in test mode, and it can connect to everything other than dashboard, service reset.
