help me use multiscan

Hello everyone, I need help because I do not work the multiscan.
I bought an ELM 327 Ver 1.4, which will show you the pictures, I downloaded the free program
and I bought the licenza.Ho controlled the communications port that is com2 and is set to 38400.
After starting the program I checked the setting of the interfaces, making the test.
The program gives me access only to motor control and I'm not making me do reset the service interval as well as other functions.
When I connect to the service interval reset tells me to check the port settings, pin OBD adequate.
What should I do?

Hello Eddy, I saw the thread but my ELM327 is different from those reported, and still a friend of mine bought the same from the same dealer has the software and a license but had no problema.cosa I could check?

Hello Giovanni

What control to which vehicle has read your friend then?
Because of Faulty resistance only prevents the CAN Bus Protocol
All other protocols are not affected
