none. proxi should not effect your tune unless you messed it up so badly that it doesn't know what engine car has.
most likely something wasn't properly done in tune.

if it's the same box - of course. it won't even give ISO code fault when connecting.

because you can't deactivate it. in theory you should be able to deactivate after doing some changes to wiring. but that's just in theory.

compare both proxi configs and see what differences you got.

both Giulia/Stelvio use same adapters blue/grey to access all ECUs. if you can't access it even without adapters it's either there is something wrong with your OBD connector or someone installed SGW bypass with separate OBD connector.
