2019 Giulia - ZF8HP gearbox- Actuator base adjustment

Hi All,

Due to some rough shifting (mainly downshifting) of my ZF gearbox I'm trying to do an Actuator base adjustment. (re-learn valve offsets)
Unfortunately this is the error I get when trying to execute the adjustment:

"FAILED TO EXECUTE
Request out of range error. "

All the conditions for the procedure are met.
MES is updated to latest version (licensed) , also the OBD interface works correctly with the modules in the car.

Anyone has any idea on why I'm getting this error?

Does the car have a Security GateWay (SGW)? A 2019 car is likely to.

The SGW might prevent the procedure.
