MES Crashing on some functions

I’m trying to solve a problem with a Selespeed robotic gear selector. Whenever I run the clutch drain or clutch self calibration it stars the process, but also disconnects and dumps me back to the Home Screen,
Trying to work out if this is part of the issue with the gear selector or an issue with MES?
