Fra and Dtv values reading

Hello. Could you help me reading fra and dtv values on Bravo t-get engine? As far as I know, they are another name of long and short fuel trims. I'm sharing my values at idle after a day of driving on petrol. Am I right that fra 0.885 means long trim 8% and dtv -0.234 means short trim minus 2%?
