Purchased key, no idea how to retrieve it, help please

Hello all,

I purchased this in July 2020, and I cannot find it anywhere. I thought it was retrievable via the multiscanecu website some how? That's how I retrieve the EVOscan key.

I used a pc that is about 10 years old now and it just went KAPUTZ. I believe there is at least more than 1 key, how do I retrieve my remaining key for this newer PC that I'm using now?

Contact MES Support with your purchase information and the new hardware key of your new PC.

MES uses specific keys that lock the software to the hardware. Normally when you want to change PCs you export/create a new istallation key as explained in the user manual.
