Elm327 1.4 problema multiecuscan

Hello everybody. I have a problem with my elm327 odb that connects to multiecuscan but it doesn't let me reset the service. I've read about the changes but they don't reflect my model.I saw that there is a resistor to remove but it seems to me that I don't already have it. Does anyone have any advice for me to make the change? Thank you
