i have for repair a Fiat Punto 199 with faulty EPS, sporadic was there about steering sensor. EPS is Deplhi 2 51826528, Sensors has a orange wire.
I Exchange the steering sensr for new one, set the torque sensor by fitting with tool to 0,05 and put back to car. problem i that is not possible to calibrate torque with diagostic, Tried it with Multiecuscan, even updated to lates version, with CANtierCAR interface. Calibrating is rejected, What is only possible is set steering angle. Car run and drive without fault, but the torque is not corrected. show without effrot 4NM.
Is there a known proceure how to set is ? Anyone solve same problem with other tool? Checked that i am not alone with this problém.
