2014 Fiat Bravo 1.6 Mjet CAN problem

Hello,
i have Fiat Bravo 1.6 16v Mjet 2014 from 3 months.From two weeks appear some errors in body and other modules,the most important being U1602 - BUS OFF.
This error apear too in Airbag,Instrument panel and Parking control modules.When I enter with MES(latest version) in Proxi alignment ,shows message that everything is OK and don't need alignment.I will show the scan results below:

The car have Blue and Me/NAV 3 module,but it is not working.In this condition i buy the car.

The CAN line error can't erase.
I saw that the body was once opened, there are traces on the body.I opened it, unsoldered chip 95160 so we could retrieve the security code. This chip has been unsoldered before.
I checked all the fuses, they are all ok.
Where could the problem be?

if Blue&Me is not working check if it is disconnected. maybe it's still connected and throws CAN bus errors

Disconnect the blue and me plug and perform a proxy allignment, even when mes says allignment is not needed.
