Hi Rolopolo
I have just registered as a new user, and have the same problem as you had. I'm not sure if you are still in the forum, but I need a solution. My vehicle is a Ducato 2.3 series 7 2021 build, euro 6D 9 speed auto with Adblue.
I get an ECU not recognised message when I start MES, but all other modules connect OK. My vehicle has been into a Fiat workshop for PM sensor replacement and it was during this time that the ECU was flashed to accommodate the new (Bosch) sensor. This caused a change in the ECU ISO identifier.
I hope you can help, it has been a while since you posted. Do you know how often MES updates their vehicle ISO database?
Thanks

Probally will be in the next MES version, new versions come out sometimes in half a year and sometimes a year. You can check the history here: https://www.multiecuscan.net/ReleaseHistory.aspx

Thank you, Abarthmultijet, the link you posted to the MES update history is excellent. It shows an active updates cycle with unknown ISO codes being added with each release.
I only have the Demo version of 5.3 and would like to see this resolved before I purchase.
Do I need to inform MES of my ISO code to include in a future release? or will MES already have a full list of codes to be added?
How would I inform MES if that is necessary?
Cheers

Send an Email to support@multiecuscan.net quoting your vehicle, ECU and ISO code.
I don't know how they get new/updated ISO codes so dropping them an EMail will do not harm.
