TPMS errors

Hello. I just put on some new wheels and am getting errors from the TPMS. The wheels are from a 2017 Abarth the errors are C1001-31 to C1004-31. I have tried resetting with MES as well as leaving the battery unplugged. There error always comes back. Anyone have this happen to them?
