Problem Can setup Alfa Stelvio

Hi, I have encountered a problem with Alfa Romeo Stelvio.
The diagnosis is OK but if I want to go to can setup / proxi alignment it gives me an error on the speed of the ELM interface.
how can i solve?

ps: I used Mes 4.6 registered

In MES settings choose your ELM as high-speed ELM from drop down menu for interface
