Ducato 244 Engine ECU no Comms

I have a 244 Ducato with a registered version of multiecuscan, on my previous laptop it read the engine ECU since transferring to a new laptop it communicates with the ABS module however not the engine module.
Assistance please

Secondly on the ABS fault code recorded it lists RH speed sensor O.C. does OC stand for open circuit in this context.
