FIAT PUNTO 2014 1.3 mjtd 85 cv - INVALID ISO CODE UNKNOWN/UNSUPPORTED

Post by Ermanno »

Hello.

I have a fiat punto (version My 2012), 1.3 mjtd 85cv of September 2014, engine 199B4000.

I purchased a original Multiecuscan software and your Cantiecar n. WTC3MM99.

The product works great and I am very satisfied.

I found only one anomaly.
During the scan DTC does not recognize the ABS module and reports the following error: UNKNOWN/UNSUPPORTED - ISO Code: EC 07 AB 0D 80 - ABS / ABS/BSM (Brake System Module)

Can you help me ?

Thank you.

Ermanno.

Hello everyone.
I posted the previous message a long time ago, without getting any information.
Can you please tell me if the creators of the Multiecuscan program periodically update the software by fixing the bugs indicated in my as in other pages?

MES is updated a few times a year. Unless you have a lifetime license then your license will allow you to update MES for a year after purchase. After a year you will have to purchase a new license.

It is always a good idea to update MES every time there is a new version whilst any license is valid. After the license has expired MES will continue work OK except that you won't be able to update the software.

The error you refer to: "Invalid ISO code" is NOT a bug as such but a statement/warning that MES has detected a vehicle module which MES does not currently support.

It is always best to request support for particular ISO code support in the "Feature Requests" thread.
