CANtieCAR WiFi Operation

I've followed all the steps in the 'CANtieCAR v4.x WiFi update procedure' to update my CANtieCAR 4.3 up to step 4.1 without difficulty.

At step 4.2 the Radio LED stays off and no WiFi network associated with the CANtieCAR is visible on my iPhone or Mac Book.

Anyone had more success?

Any tips?
