Hello everyone,
I'm a new user of MultiEcuScan and I get some trouble to "find" the right adaptor cable to be used .
Generally MES tells you the adaptor cable number you need to use (I wrote numbers on each cable), it would be also usefull to add the color of the adaptor.
In this way it would be really easy to find the right cable.
Hope that developers can take care about this idea.
Enjoy your MES3.7 guys.
Best Regards
Add Adaptor Cable Color
Re: Add Adaptor Cable Color
I think your suggestion definitely applies to the Web Page Supported Vehicles/Systems as all the information here only details the cable/adaptor number.
When using MES to actually connect to a vehicle system the program does tell you the Adaptor Cable Number AND it's colour. "CONNECT ADAPTER 6/GRAY" for example.
*However* this is a little late in the process so yes having the adapter number and colour on the System Menu List would be great. This might not be that easy to implement so the other option could be to have a "Mouse Over" pop up "ToolTip" on the System Menu List.
