Web platform for maintaining and updating translations

It would be great if there was an on-line platform where trusted translators could maintain translations. After reorganization of .DAT files it is now hard to find where new texts appeared. If it would be on-line new texts could be left in english and marked in some other color and/or moved to front/back of the list. History of translation modifications could also be maintained (helpful if more than one person is maintaining the translation).
