good afternoon friends I got from fiat ecu scan cable on ebay. connects to the engine. ABS and airbag does not connect.

You will see that different vehicle systems are connected to different EOBD pins. This means that you need a suitable modified cable or a set of adapter cables. Alternatively you need the expensive Mulitplexed system.
