Punto '03 can error

Hello everyone. I've problem with conneting to CAN modules in my car. I've two ELM cables with removed resistors. Before today both work perfectly, but when i try to connect to electric power sterring i got error. When i don't connect cable to car I got all OK in interface test, when I plug in cable to car turn on key and test again i got COMMAND: ATBI RESPONSE: CAN ERROR . I try two computers with different OS and got same results. Is there any chance that something is wrong with CAN bus in car? Sorry for my bad english
