CAN NOT MAKE MES 2.2 WORK WITH WINDOWS 10

As the titel says! everything is installed as in the instructions butt wont work, kkl vag cable is ok.
I think it is in the NEt framework 2.0,3.0, 3.5, 4.6 are instaled butt not fully functional. If i try to make them fully functional i reseve an error from windows
Please help, thanks in advance
