fiat 500 diesel 08 oil change light

Hi just joined
have been using this software for a couple of years and its always done the job well
oil change light came on , have changed oil and filter , tried resetting light with 3 pedal pumps within 10 secs
and then using multi ecu scan . light keeps coming back on
am i being thick and missing something obvious

Sorry for late reply... But maybe it will be helpful to somebody else...
On some models you need to reset the oil change in service interval and engine module...
