I have strange problem with Panda Cross 2014Y 1.3MJ , after small crash ( only driver belt pretensioner was fired and bumper broken ) I can't start the engine : starter and fuel pump don't work (after ignition on - pump is dead , but both things working after I give +12V to it ) . I clear crash in SRS ECU (100% good because i have second identical car and when I put this ECU there - car normally working and no DTC's and light on dash ) . I changed belt pretensioner and bumper to new ones and don't have any errors in airbags . It have 2 DTCs in engine but I can't read numbers because I don't have ELM interface yet and can't diagnose It good ... I use some strange american bullshit ( Universal OBD Reader ) don't ask why. I think there is a cut-off switch but I can't find any workshop manual for this car , I found on this site

It is located under the dashboard on the front right-hand door pillar and it comes into operation in the case of an accident to block the supply of fuel thereby stopping the engine.
Carefully inspect the car to find fuel leaks, e.g. in the engine compartment, under the car or near the tank.
If no fuel leaks are found and the car can be started again, press button (A) to reset the fuel system and the lights.
After a crash, remember to turn the ignition key to STOP to prevent battery run-down.
WARNING
If, after a crash, you smell fuel or see leaks from the fuel system, do not reset the switch to avoid fire risk.
But this information is for regular Panda , in Panda Cross there are no FIS (FUEL CUT-OFF SWITCH) in this place , maybe someone have some information where I can find this switch on this car .
Maybe someone have similar situation ( 2 months ago I have Fiat 500 after impact , and then I did the initialization procedure with turn signals because left turn signal was lights and blinking on dash ) but here no such situation ... because this always happen happen after airbag deployment .
