Punto EVO Cruise control problem

I cannot understand a strange behaviour:

Cruise control ( original equipment ) is correctly activated ( cruise control and cruise control lever in proxy alignment procedure section are enabled )
Green dashboard light blink one time when the key is on mar
Cruise control switch, resume, incr., decr. works ( I can read correct state eg. pressed/not pressed )
Cruise control irrev. error status is "no error"
Clutch and brake sensors are ok ( I've changed clutch sensor with a new one )
Start & Stop is working ... ( neutral learning position is ok )

When I'm driving and I activate cruise control switch I can see green light and cruise control on indication, but when I press incr ( + ) to fix cruise speed is not working ... Speed is about 90Km/h in fifth gear ... ( also tried 4th gear )

I've tried to do a "proxy alignment" procedure also ...
I've changed battery with a new one too ...

Any suggestion ?

Excuse me if I say something stupid, but this system does not have a speed restriction?

It seems you can use it above 30km/h ... advisable to engage 4th or 5th gear

For what I can see, there are no error and misconfiguration, but it seems something cause no activation ...

OK but I thought if there is no maximum speed limit for the drive. In speeds lower than 90 km/h both controls (+ and -) work normally?

Both controls ( + and - ) doesn't work at any speed ... Cruise control activation ( ON,OFF ) works at any speed ...

If I run MultiEcuScan I can see +,- pressed/unpressed and cruise control activation activated/deactivated ... No errors, no proxy alignment issues ...

It seems something doesn't work but is not reported ...

So I think it needs a repair, unfortunately.

Sincerly, I don't think it needs to be repaired ... From engine ECU I can see +,-,res, activation and deactivation states and all of them are ok ...

Can I try to Disable cruise and cruise lever in proxy alignment and re-enable ?

Has anyone experienced something like this ?

I bought this car from 1 month, imported from Belgium ... It has many error stored in Engine ECU because the battery was discarged ... Cruise control was never working, but as I said:

2 days ago I took a look in proxy alignment section and "Vehicle type" was set to "gasoline" not "diesel" as expected ... I have corrected the issue, made "proxy alignment" procedure, but I can't see relevant changes ...

I will trying to resel all self learnt functions too this morning ...

What I expect is "Cruise control irrev. error status" give me more informations about this issue ... I will try running on the highway and read "Cruise control irrev. error status" when I will activare cruise control and press incr. to fix the speed ...

Any idea ?
