Lancia Musa 1.3 MJ 2007 Engine RPM goes up and down

Good morning, as I wrote in another post, when I go to stop or put in neutral while they are in motion, known that the tachometer needle goes up and down from 500 to 1500 rpm. I did a scan with Multiecuscan 17 but nothing, not from any possible error. I have been to various mechanical and did not understand anything, is a year round by a mechanic to another but just because the Miltiecuscan does not give him any result they do not understand what it is. Could someone give me some advice or tell me what parameters I can analyze and post here to learn more? thanks
