Hi,
I have 3 fiat ducato 2013 vans that were imported to the USA and we are assuming they are shipped to a dealer like this, but the main-beam headlights will not turn on, and maybe a few other features that we are not aware of. The dipped-beam and level adjustment works.
I have checked the fuses and relays for the main beam lights and they are all good. Is there a setting in the ECU that can be changed to make the main-beam headlights come on, and can the multiecuscan program adjust this?
I have been told that Fiat USA dealers will not help us (they only sell the 500 here) and the Dodge/RAM dealers will not help us because they are an EU vehicle.
We are using the RAM Promaster van (Ducato-based) now, but the Fiats were used for prototypes (the promaster is still new to the USA market) and the main beam lights are required to function for safety inspections etc, even if the van is never driven at night.
My company's web site is zenith-motors.com, we convert them to electric drive.
Thanks,
Mark
