elm327->ECU connection failed!

Hi, i have buy a ELM 327 Wifi.

I have a Multiecuscan 1.7 registered.

Nut when i try to connect to Service i have the error. I attach a photo.

Can we help me?

Which Wifi ELM do you have?
If the interface is recognized in the Control Panel without errors?
Can you connect to the engine control unit?
