I am unable to install .NET Framework 3.5 to my PC with Windows 8.0. Please let me know what I should do in this case.

I hope you solved the problem.
I got the same problem with my new HP pavillon with win 8.
.Net was factory installed and when I tried to install .net 3.5 from Microsoft web site a pop up messagge advise me that release 4.5 was installed yet.
Multiecuscan was not working cause win 8 could not find the drivers to elm327 1.4. That's was the real problem
