ECU no Response

Post by mbf »

Hello,

So this is my problem:

Car: Fiat Coupe 1.8 16v 1998

Interface: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Interface-Adapte ... OC:DE:3160

- 3 pin cable connected / + to accumulator connected / key is ON
- starting multiecuscan / scanning Result:

Engine Hitachi MPI injection ISO Code: 45 85 83 94 B6

- Test interface Connection:

Testing latency 200 bytes of data
Min latency:1
Max latency:1

acceptable tolerance ~5ms

System supports high resolution timer

Testing timer with 1000ms ---> result 1014ms
Testing timer with 250ms ---> result 251ms
Testing timer with 750ms ---> result 752ms
Testing timer with 100ms ---> result 101ms

Now when i try to connect ----> ECU no Response

Com settings: I tryed different...Read some guides and other toppics...Tryed all options i found but still no connection. On some settings the differences between the pings are a bit different like 1000ms ---> 1013 but still the same problem.

Drivers: from the cd i got with the cables.

Looks like i am doing something wrong here. I hope you can help me out :)

Greetings

Hello mbf

Do you also have the switchable KKL interface?
if you had not needed a simple with the 3 pin adapter would have been sufficient.

However when the switch switchable KKL is on the 7 must
it should go.

Your interface is displayed in the control panel without error?

Have you selected the correct plug for your ECU?

Thank you for the answer :)

- Its on 7

- No errors shown in device manager

- I think if i scan the plug and it shows my engine its the right one. Or am i wrong??

Hello

Properly, press F11 and scan times when your motor control is detected
should also be possible to connect to.
