Blue&Me updated - Proxi Alignment timeout

A friend has updated his Blue&Me on a Grande Punto 1.4 16v. This has left his odometer flashing, which we understand to need a Proxi Alignment.
Carrying out the Proxi Alignment, it writes CAN configuration data to Body Computer, Dashboard Node and Airbag Node, but the next module is the Convergence Telematic Node (CTM) which fails. The message is Convergence Telematic Node (CTM) Failed! - Timeout Error (see screenshot)

Would appreciate any help in identifying the problem.
Some thoughts:
Have we selected the correct vehicle? We chose Grande Punto 1.4 16v T-Jet/Starjet. This is the only 1.4 16v listed. It is not a turbo, so presumably it is known as Starjet. Is this correct?
If not the correct vehicle, is the correct vehicle supported?
Can MultiECUScan select the vehicle automatically?
