Fiat bravo 2008 remote control programming failed to execute

I try to add second key on my bravo with function : remote control programming - execute ( insert the code ) and receive the error ( failed to execute ) i try agin to execute but don't let me to insert again the code and receive error ( security failed ).
Disconnect and try again -> remote control programming -> execute ( i enter the code ) -> and error -> failed to execute.
I use ELM 327 1.4v with r04 ( removed ) /
Where is the problem ? interface? program ?
