Hello

I have multiecuscan version 1.5 registered. When I scan the Ducato 3.0 l 160 Hp it gives the following message:

Dashboard
UNKNOWN/UNSUPPORTED
ISO Code: 32 83 23 85 32

Can anyone tell me what is my problen and how I can fix it.

I can't connect to the dashboard

Have you performed the installation correctly?
If the ELM correctly identified. ?
Download the latest driver loaded?

Übeprüfe and again the Com ports

I think your dashboard is not yet supported by MES.
Had same problems even on older cars, so we can sit and hope Yani will add it in next release.

Second possible solution is to use or other diagnostic software or original (examiner/wi tech).

Download the latest version of MES. If not supported it will be in the next version.
