punto 2004 1.4 16v sporting ecu fault

hi have a punto sporting with a 1.4 16v engine, however it will not start. i have connected my Snap On Solus to the OBD and get the message " no communication to engine ecu" . the ecu on the car is a bosch unti 0 261 208 033. does any one know were i can either get it repaired or a complete ecu kit . ive tried looking on ebay but no luck, plentyu of 1.2 16v ecu kits but no 1.4 16v

Because here in the forum probably nobody knows the snap on Solus I do not think anyone here can tell you why you can not connect.
