My laptop failed so i lost my registered version of multiecuscan. But i still have the hardware key and license number .
Ive been given a laptop (VERY OLD) but although ive downloaded the free version onto the laptop it wont let me enter my hardware key or licence number to make it the registered version.What next?
Another issue is that when i try to connect the free version to a car by plugging in any lead to any port either vagcom or a 1.3a lead it tells me its vagcom port three and will not connect.
Is this a faulty laptop or the glitch in the free version? i tried various speeds and pressed high latency etc.please help.
Laptop died ive another but i cant download ....
